A fixed-price first build, and a team for whatever comes after.

We know how hard, and how exciting, it is to build something from nothing, and we are comfortable with the uncertainty that comes with it. Most founders start with us the same way: a fixed-price MVP build, scoped and quoted before anyone writes a line of code, so you know what version one costs before you commit to it.

After that, some teams are done and some keep us on. Either is fine — the ongoing work is an option, not a condition of the build. What you get throughout is senior engineering, product design, and the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly: knowing what matters now and what can wait.

Where we usually come in

A founder with a good idea and no technical team

Senior engineering and product design without a headcount, a recruiter, or an equity conversation. We sit beside a non-technical founder and make the calls that would otherwise wait on a first engineering hire.

A fixed-price first build

An MVP with the scope and the price agreed before we start — small enough to put in front of real users and learn from, and yours to walk away with.

Ongoing work, if you want it

Project work or a retainer after the build, for teams that would rather keep the people who already know the codebase. Decided after version one ships, not before.

Accounts and ownership

Domains, email, and shared logins registered to the company — not to whoever set them up on a Tuesday.

AI, used carefully

Where a model genuinely helps, where it leaks your data, and how to write a short internal policy your team will actually follow.

How we'd start

A scoping conversation, then a fixed-price first build you can stop after.

  1. 01 A working session. Ninety minutes on what you have, what you plan, and where the sharp edges are. Free, and it commits you to nothing.
  2. 02 A scope and a fixed price. What version one includes, what it deliberately leaves out, and what it costs — readable by a non-technical cofounder or board member.
  3. 03 We build it with you. Not for you — with you, so your team knows how it works once we are gone, and owns the code and the accounts outright.
